The virtual solution gave director Harvey Bloor of independent construction and property consultants Dooley Associates flexibility to develop.

“As a company we were looking to expand and gain more national coverage. Access to meeting rooms in a prime location, meeting clients in a professionally run environment was key to our growth and prompted the need for a Birmingham base.

It suited me having a virtual office whilst I was building up contacts, meeting people and networking. It was ideal for a growing company like Dooley Associates since it gave us the flexibility with regard to office space and we can expand our workforce without the need to look for new premises. It is an ideal location, the building looks the part, has the right atmosphere, helpful, friendly staff and a good mix of businesses.

It was always our intention to have a permanent presence in Birmingham close to our Midlands’ projects and one of our major redevelopment schemes at The Belfry Hotel. It was a cost effective start and have now gone on to full time occupation.
