Standard Life has moved a team of 14 into central Birmingham offices at The Corporate Pod in St Pauls Square– after being “wowed” by the location.

Teams from Standard Life and Standard Life Wealth now occupy a suite after moving across the city from Edgbaston. They looked at a range of serviced office providers but chose St Pauls for a number of reasons.

“The location, look and feel represents everything we wanted,” said Graeme Dick, Head of Group Corporate Real Estate for Standard Life.  

“Our team has been extremely busy and we needed offices which offered maximum flexibility, work station capability, as well as a location where we could host seminars and events.  

“A major driver behind the move to City Spirit St Pauls is that it will provide us a bespoke office environment, which will help us match the demand for our offering in the Midlands.”

The move also re-emphasises Standard Life’s position as an important member of Birmingham’s thriving financial services community.
